Privacy Policy

What we collect

An account requires an email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider; we never see or store the password itself.

While you study we record which questions you answered, what you chose, and whether it was correct. This is what makes your progress and your weak areas meaningful — without it the product has nothing to show you.

If you complete onboarding we store what you told us there: your name, which examination you are preparing for, your jurisdiction, your examination date, and your daily goal.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We do not report your performance to your college, your employer, or any regulator. Your practice results are yours.

We do not use your answers to generate a pass or fail prediction. We have decided never to make that claim, so we do not compute it.

Where your data lives

Account and progress data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database operated by Supabase. The application is served from Vercel.

This draft does not yet name the hosting region. That detail matters under PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation, and it will be stated precisely — not guessed at — in the final version.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and its history, by writing to hello@rexpnprep.ca.

Deleting your account removes your answers and progress. We cannot restore them afterwards.
