The terms we intend to operate LEARNRPN under, published in draft while they are being finalised.
This document is a working draft.
It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet in force. We publish it so you can see what we intend to commit to before we commit to it. It may change until a reviewed version replaces it.

What this product is
LEARNRPN is independent study material for candidates preparing for Canadian practical nursing registration examinations. It is a preparation tool, not a course of instruction and not a substitute for your nursing programme.

What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will pass. No preparation product can, and we will not claim otherwise.
We do not predict your examination outcome and we do not produce a readiness score presented as predictive. Where we show you numbers, they describe what you actually did.
Nothing in this product is clinical advice. Do not use practice content to make decisions about a real patient.
Your account
Your account is for you. Sharing credentials with others, or reselling access, ends the account without a refund.
Our questions and rationales are original work and are protected by copyright. You may study them; you may not republish, redistribute, or resell them.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
Payment and refunds
Payments are not yet implemented in this product, so there is nothing to charge you for today. A card is never required to create an account.
The refund terms are the part of this draft most likely to change. They will be settled and stated here before any payment is ever taken.
