What this product is

LEARNRPN is independent study material for candidates preparing for Canadian practical nursing registration examinations. It is a preparation tool, not a course of instruction and not a substitute for your nursing programme.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will pass. No preparation product can, and we will not claim otherwise.

We do not predict your examination outcome and we do not produce a readiness score presented as predictive. Where we show you numbers, they describe what you actually did.

Nothing in this product is clinical advice. Do not use practice content to make decisions about a real patient.

Your account

Your account is for you. Sharing credentials with others, or reselling access, ends the account without a refund.

Our questions and rationales are original work and are protected by copyright. You may study them; you may not republish, redistribute, or resell them.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.

Payment and refunds

The way in is the trial. Creating an account costs nothing, and a 3-day trial of the full product starts with a card, not a charge: the card is saved by Stripe and no money moves today. The trial gives you the whole product until you have answered 50 questions or until the 3 days have passed, whichever comes first.

Those 50 answers come from the whole published bank for your exam — hundreds to thousands of questions depending on the exam, not a trial-only slice of it.

Access after the trial is sold as a pass for a fixed number of days, priced in US dollars: 30 days for $69, 90 days for $99, 180 days for $149. A pass is a single payment. It does not renew, it is not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel — when the days run out, access simply ends.

We keep a reference to the card you saved for one purpose only — to make the single charge that ends the trial. When the trial ends, by cap or by clock, we charge that card once for the pass you selected when you started: the amount and the timing are shown on the setup screen before the card is saved, and the trial-start email repeats them. We do not send reminders before the charge — the only billing emails are the trial-start confirmation, a receipt after a successful charge, and a recovery email if a charge fails. If you cancel in Settings before the trial ends, the card is never billed, and because nothing was charged to begin there is nothing to refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe under our legal billing entity, VM AI solutions; your card statement will show LEARNRPN. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen or stored by us. We keep the fact that a payment succeeded, the plan you bought, and when your access ends; for a trial we also keep a reference to the saved card and its last four digits, so the one charge can be made and so we can tell you which card it will come from.

If LEARNRPN is not what you expected, write to support@learnrpn.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, provided you have answered fewer than 50 questions. Past that, a pass is not refundable, because the material has been read and cannot be returned. If we are at fault — you were charged twice, or you paid and access never opened — we refund you regardless of how long ago it was and regardless of how much you used.

Prices may change for new purchases. A pass you have already bought is unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and a change that materially affects what you pay or what you get will be announced in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use LEARNRPN after a change means you accept the updated terms.
